Pohang Steelworks was built on barren wetlands equipped with nothing but blind determination, representing our pioneering spirit to transform a forsaken land into an engine of economic development.
The addition of a second steelworks in Gwangyang on a reclaimed land is a testament to our transformation into a global steelmaker based on advanced technology and engineering.
